It was a pain to install, there were several mi...

It was a pain to install, there were several mistakes in the manual. it doesn’t tell you how to install on an angle if your studs do not match up with your banister and it doesn’t tell you how to install with their banister Mount kit. We had to go to Home Depot to get some screws because the ones provided were too long and would go through the banister which was the whole point of getting the banister kit to avoid damaging/screwing into stairs. However, it looks nice but most importantly it does seem secure and difficult for a toddler to unlock.
