Zelia Luxe 5-in-1 Modular Travel System

I recently purchased a stroller from Snuggle Bugz App and have been quite disappointed with its folding mechanism. The fold button is very stiff and requires a lot of force to operate, which makes it difficult and inconvenient to use.

Because I had already assembled the stroller, returning it has become quite a hassle, as disassembling and repacking it is not practical at this stage. I also tested the same model in the Snuggle Bugz Oakville store, where the folding button felt much smoother. This makes me unsure whether the issue is with my specific unit or the model in general.

My main concern is that this is a long-term purchase intended for daily use over the next 2+ years. The current stiffness raises concerns about durability and whether the mechanism may worsen or fail over time.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the purchase and would appreciate guidance on whether this is a defect or if there is a solution available.

I ordered this stroller system & the next day it was $200 off on another website. Snugglebugz would not price match, let me cancel the order (it had not yet shipped) and they have a no return policy on stroller systems. Save yourself the grief and order from Amazon or any other website with better customer service
