Had to modify this to make it work, once modified is was ok, but only ok. Poorly designed and constructed, poor return policy from manufacturer, high shipping costs from the US if you need any accessories from Phil & Ted. Even though I made it work, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Save yourself the hassle.

It’s pretty uncomfortable to use. Can’t imagine using it for more than a 10 min stretch. Even with the straps pulled tight, It seats the baby too far away from your back so that the center of gravity is pulling away from your back, causing not only an awkwardness but discomfort.
