I’m extremely disappointed with my Nuna RAVA car seat. After only two years, the shoulder straps and crotch strap began fraying on a $700 seat. Customer service told me the straps can’t be replaced and that the entire seat should be replaced instead. As a parent, it’s shocking that a company that promotes child safety would design a product where a key safety component isn’t replaceable. Even worse, the only solution offered was to buy another expensive seat. Very disappointing product and customer service.

Please do yourself a favour and go with another car seat! Just not worth it!

Love my product and service was great

Upgraded from our infant car seat to this. It's easy to use and fits my tiny 15 month old and then up and should fit until toddler-hood when it can be front-facing.
The ladies at the cash said it may not fit in our small Toyota Yaris, but it fits fine - no issues.
