    LOVE IT!!

I have a kangaroo baby...he doesn't sleep unless he is snuggled up to someone. This carrier is a life-saver. I also have a Ergo performace

and while I find the 360 to be a bit warmer to wear

I find it much more comfortable for my body size. It seems to have a smaller profile and fits me and baby much better. The large Velcro waste-band is great and very supportive for my lower back. I wear it around the house for a couple hours at a time. I have yet to catch the Velcro on anything [clothing

    blankets

    etc.]

and I don't find the need to re-adjust it once I put it on. It is about as loud as you would expect Velcro to be

so don't let that put you off. I love that the front panel flips up and gives baby's head more support while sleeping. I do wish that there was a pocket on the front like the older versions

    but so far

that is my only complaint. This is a great carrier and I would recommend it 100%. The price is steep

but I got it on sale

    so that was nice.

    Worth the money

I really like this carrier. I did a lot of research and finally decided on this one. It's very practical and easy to put on. My baby didn't love going in it at first but she got used to it pretty quickly and she's just starting to be able to go forward facing [which she loves]. I love that it's easy to adjust

can be used for baby at all different ages [although the newborn insert is an extra purchase]

and the extra little pull out hood is really useful.

Cons: The black colour fades pretty quickly with washing and it's pretty expensive

especially when you include the cost of the infant insert.

    Super good!

I have this ERGO baby carrier since my baby is 3 months and I love it! The price is a bit high but it worth it! My boy is very comfortable [ergonomic position] and mom as well. The large Strap is also very comfortable for the parents.

    Excellent Quality^ Comfortable to Wear

Excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. The only thing I found is when my little guy was facing out for a couple months the carrier would sit a bit high [overtop of his chin a bit] but really it wasn't that long and his face wasn't covered at all anymore. I would definitely recommend this carrier to other parents.

    Great!

    Comfortable to wear for mommy

hard to get baby in by yourself but great if you have an extra hand. Velcro around waist is secure but loud when taking off [only an issue if baby falls asleep]

Looking forward to using it when baby is older as well

    Convenient^ comfortable^ perfect...

Baby loves to be carried around in it so she can look around and be close to mommy

Mommy loves this carrier because I can run my errands with 2 hands! Grocery shopping is a breeze!! It does get quite warm on hot days and

if baby gets hot easily be prepared for baby to sweat

but it comes in handy for all sorts of situations and baby is so happy to be close and involved.

    Very versatile

We have this carrier in grey

and I think it looks really nice. It works well and the inward and outward facing option is really nice. I find inward facing more comfortable and better for grocery shopping as my daughter cannot grab things as easily and it allows for napping. Outward facing is nice too when your baby is more alert and interested in watching what's going on - we even used it while mini-golfing when she was 8 months old.

The velcro waist band is very secure

but it is a little noisy when taking the carrier off or if you need to readjust it. Once your baby has good head control it is fairly easy to get the baby in and out on your own if you wear the baby on your front. My daughter isn't big enough to wear on my back yet

so I can't speak to that just yet. I do wish that is came with some kind of carrying case/bag so that it can be stored more easily.

A very good product which I'm sure will see a lot more use.

    Love it

Love it. My baby hated all other carriers I tried.

    Great carrier

    I love this carrier! I have a \"crotch danger\" carrier

a sling wrap and the Ergobaby and it's the only one my daughter likes. It's super comfortable for mom and I love that it is convertible and will carrier will last until she is larger for the back carry! It is worth every penny I think and is better for her hips and legs!

    Expensive but worth the $$$

Great carrier! Very comfortable to wear and awesome to have the option of inward and outward facing since my daughter likes both depending on her mood. I can easily put this on myself [I find the wrap style carriers very difficult and frustrating] and can wear it for a long time without feeling uncomfortable. It is pricey

but I think it's worth the money for the comfort and flexibility.

    Great Carrier

    Expensive

but great carrier. I bought it because the Bjorn hurt my back as baby got heavier. This carrier distributes the weight much better

and baby LOVES the front facing option.

    well worth the price

I wish this carrier was available when we were filling our registry but now I have it to compare to the Ergo Sport. My son was always craning his neck around and didn't enjoy it much as he was getting older. A friend took him out in her Bjorn and he loved it. So we decided the 360 was worth the purchase price [full disclosure: we bought it in the States as it wasn't available anywhere in Canada when we needed it]. This is by far one of the best purchases we have made baby-wise. We use it every day to go to daycare

we have been hiking with him for well over an hour and regularly take walks with the dog. He is so light in it

he is well positioned on my front and the weight is evenly distributed. It may be easier carrying him now than when I was 9m pregnant! The price is steep

and not much different in terms of construction to the old ones but we still love it.

    Worth It!

I have tried several carriers and this is by far my favourite. It is so versatile and the babe loves being in it. Also it's very comfortable for me.

    Amazing

    Baby loves to face forward

so we bought this. He doesn't fuss at all

he seems totally comfortable in it. In the Organic carrier he still requires the infant insert

but this new 360 conforms a bit better to his bottom so it's more comfortable for him when he's facing in. For me

it sits a bit higher on the waist and I feel less of his weight. However

I have tendonitis in both my wrists and trying to loosen the arms straps is challenging - even my husband struggles with them. The chest strap sits much lower on the 360 than it does on the Organic

you just have to get used to it and find your own way of hooking yourself in. Overall it feels much more secure than the Organic model.

    amazing!!

I really debated about getting this product because of the price but I have to say that its a amazing carrier. After having lower back surgery 9 months ago I was worried about baby wearing but this carrier puts no pressure on my back and the weight of my children is well balanced with no pressure points. Its easy to adjust and my son loves being in the front facing position.
