Awesome Seat

This car seat is a wonderful choice for our family. We installed it in our Volkswagen Tiguan, and it was an absolutely seamless install. There is plenty of leg room leftover in the front passenger seat. I am 5’8” and my husband is 6 feet tall and both of us can sit comfortably in the passenger seat. We watched the installation video on YouTube (which was very helpful and thorough) and ended up going with the SuperLATCH install over the seatbelt install. The installation itself took less than 5 minutes to get a proper fit. Our baby is very comfortable in the seat with plenty of room to grow into it. We also have peace of mind with the safety features and know that she’s safe! Highly recommend.

SO big. Tricky to install.

We bought this car seat for our 1 year old. It is huge rear facing. We have a large 3 row SUV and with it behind the passenger seat it only allows room for a shorter person to sit in the front passenger seat. I'm 5'4 and just fit. My husband is 6'3 and can no longer sit in the passenger seat. We tried it in the middle rear facing but the same issue occurred as it is very wide and still bumped up against the front seats. The installation was difficult. We would have returned the item but car seats are final sale. We would not have bought this car seat had we realized it wouldn't fit. Thought we were in the clear because of our larger vehicle. Hopefully we like it better once we can flip to forward facing mode.

Great safety features, even better fabrics and quality

My older daughter has the Diono Rainier but is no longer made. So we got the Radian 3QX instead for our youngest daughter. The fabrics and overall quality is 10/10. We got the jet black colour and it's amazing materials, I wish my car has this fabric on my seat! The car seat is currently facing backwards for our little one, but I love the low profile so I know she is protected by the door (not just the window which I feel could likely break on impact if ever in a crash, as some seats seem to be made really high and raised up). The safety features I read make this seat incredibly safe. I feel very confident knowing my little girl is so well protected. This chair will last her years. It arrived VERY quickly from Snuggle Bugz, I think within 3 days it was at my door. I bought it on sale too so for the price I was very overall happy. Only reason I didn't give it 5/5 is that it is quite bulky around the head piece. I understand it's all steel reinforcement and material that will protect my daughter which IS great and more important than aesthetics, but having to maneuver her to get in rear-facing without hitting those U-shaped brackets coming from the tops needs a little technique. BUT once she is forward facing this will be easier I'm sure. Again, it adds to her safety in the seat so I really can't complain!
