Great Carseat

Bought this car seat on the recommendation of a relative who has used it for both of her kids. So happy with it. It installs very easily and is not overly heavy, which has made it really easy to move from one vehicle to another with relative ease, or take travelling. We also took it on an airplane with us when our child was very young, and it fit rear facing in a standard economy seat. I appreciate that the padding can be removed as the child grows, and the fabric can all be removed and washed as needed. It is a bit finicky to get back on, as it fits quite snugly, but small price to pay for being able to wash the seat after your potty-training toddler has an accident. Great car seat, highly recommend it.

Great except for the warning label.

I love everything about this seat, except for the location of the warning label. It's right under my toddler's back, and he gets so sweaty right where the label is. Wish I'd thought about that before choosing this seat.

Great Car Seat

Purchased this car seat just before our daughter's first birthday. It was super easy to install and uninstall when moving to different cars. It's light weight as well, which makes the move to different cars effortless. We decided to go with the Nanotek fabric which was a great decision as it's very simple to clean, and our daughter is never too hot or too cold sitting in the seat. Love how it has 7 adjustable recline positions, straps are easy to adjust, nice padding and our daughter is very comfortable in it. After a lot of research it is one of the safest carseat on the market.

Our family’s favourite!

This is our favourite car seat! We did a lot of research before we bought this car seat but when we actually went to the store and were given a demo of all the features compared to the other one we were looking at, we were sold!!! The clicktight is the most amazing feature. We were able to easily move this seat from car to car and lend it to the in-laws without worrying if it was installed correctly. Super easy to put rear and forward facing and I love that it doesn’t need rethreading as my son grows taller.

Amazing seat! Started using when my son was 8 months. He is still rear facing at 2.5 years without issue. We only have the one seat Between 2 cars. We love how easy to move and install. Also saves us from spending money on 2 seats.

So easy to install and move

Not that I have a lot of practice with other car seats, but this one is a breeze to install. Even at 7 months pregnant again I had no problem moving it between cars. I could never get the infant seat base in tight enough to meet safety standards, but I don’t have to worry about that with this one. In fact we have the opposite problem, my husband has a hard time installing it because he tries to overtighten the seatbelt which makes it impossible to secure the seat back down.

Wouldn't buy again

I purchased this seat approximately 2 years ago and I am really disappointed in the quality. Several seams are ripping and the fabric piece that attaches to the belt [which protects the stomach] constantly comes off when you remove the child from the seat. Additionally
the straps are quite short in comparison to other brands which makes putting your child into the seat a less than enjoyable task as you have to pull them out from under them. While I feel my child is safe in this seat
in comparison to my Peg Perego I would not recommend the Britax and will not be purchasing anything more from this brand as this seat certainly won't last. My Peg Perego 2 years later still looks brand new.

Only so-so

I bought this car seat
having read a lot of good reviews for the product. I can't say I was overly thrilled with this when I received it. It certainly is sturdy
and seems like it is well-made. It's fairly easy to install. This model is supposed to have the snug-fit click when you tighten the straps on the child but it doesn't work for me
at least in the rear-facing mode. I've been having difficulty getting this to fit my son properly. It's tight on the shoulders but there is a space between him and the chest clip that I can't get rid of. The harness is a bit of a pain to tighten in the rear-facing mode as the strap is wedged in the seat. If you recline the seat more so that you can have better access to the tightening strap
it doesn't fit behind my passenger seat. Not a terrible car seat
but for the money I expected much much better. Considering this seat was $500
I'm not impressed.

A must buy for new parents^ novice friendly

My wife and I bought this seat for our baby after she grew out of her first seat. There are lots of choices out there but many have difficult and frustrating connection systems. For first time parents we didn't want to compromise our daughters safety because of other seats that can be installed incorrectly without proper training [that is never free
no convenient ] This seat is easy and can be installed in a few minutes to the safety standards required. The other thing is if it needed to be removed and installed in another car for the day [i.e. baby sitters
Grandparents]
it can with such ease. We are getting another one dedicated for airline travel and rental car purposes due to a trip we had to the USA with a difficult seat provided by the rental car company that was horrible to install and a less than we would want for safety if there was ever a car accident . The ease of use the Britax Boulevard and safety will now go with us on trips.

BEST carseat on the market!

This is the best and easiest carseat to use by far! It literally takes 1 minute to install the whole thing properly. The above reviews complaining about the straps being too short is because they didn't obviously READ the manual. The straps can be extended [once child reaches 2 years of age or if you call Britax to confirm if it can be lengthened prior to as I did]. The strap length is super easy to extend as well and its explained well IN THE MANUAL. I already have 2 Britax seats and will be buying this model again as its amazing in all aspects of carseats. Fits well in small vehicles [even Rear facing]

etc You can find these on sale regularly and are totally worth the money.

Love this seat!

I was able to get my seat on sale and I tested several seats out beforehand. I bought this seat because I wanted something that has an easy install as my son goes to Grammys out of town and I wanted a seat that I could easily transfer to her SUV. It is as easy as the videos show to install. My son is very comfortable in this seat and I find it easy to get him into it. I trust the Britax brand and their level of quality.

I love how easy this is to install so great to switch between cars but the straps are too short so as my child has grown it is harder to get them in/out. It is easy to adjust the height though so as they grow you don't need to take them out to thread the straps through. Glad I bought it but am not going to get full height or weight rating out of it due to strap length.

Overall a good car seat^ a bit expensive.

very easy to install using the Clicktight system. I find it difficult to get my baby buckled in the seat due to the very short crotch strap. Seems like it is more expensive than it needs to be. Most importantly
fits in our small Kia Forte with room for a passenger in the front seat.
