CITY TOUR 2

The City Tour 2 is a teeny-tiny-great-for-travel-airplane-certified-one-handed-fold-ultra-compact kind of stroller. It weighs just 14 lbs so you can store it anywhere without stress using the included storage bag. This may be the most compact of all of the strollers we highlight today, but there is something to be said about this small but mighty stroller.

CITY MINI GT2

The City Mini GT2 is equipped with all-wheel suspension and forever air tires, making pushing through slushy sidewalks on the way to daycare drop off in those cold winter months an easy [well, easier] feat. The lockable front wheel and 8.5” tires really can power through. It also has a crazy high seat back [26”] for lots of space for taller passengers and a 65 lb weight capacity makes it a contender for any family no matter the age or stage of your child.

CITY SELECT 2 + CITY SELECT 2 ECO

Ok, first we’ve got some explaining to do. You may have heard of the City Select or the City Select LUX but both of those popular Baby Jogger strollers are retiring and being replaced with the new City Select 2 and City Select 2 ECO.

The City Select LUX came out back in 2017 and has been a great stroller for growing families for many years. However, one common piece of feedback received was that “it’s just so heavy!” so the team at Baby Jogger went to work to address this on the City Select 2 models and you are going to be thrilled with the outcome. The City Select 2 weighs in at just 26.4 lbs which is 4 lbs less than previous Baby Jogger full-size strollers. This reduced overall size also allows the Select 2’s a more compact fold – 20% smaller than some of the other models we sell. Best part? The City Select 2 and City Select 2 ECO both offer a solid 45 lb weight limit per seat.

Did you catch that? We said “per seat” because both strollers are expandable and can be converted into a tandem double stroller when the time comes. The City Select 2 ECO boasts eco-friendly fabrics with Tencel – but both strollers share the same specs.

SUMMIT X3 JOGGING STROLLER

The Summit X3 is a stroller/jogger hybrid with all-wheel suspension, air-filled tires, and is decked out with a hand operated deceleration parking brake. The weight limit? Well, currently the Summit X3 has the highest weight capacity of any other Baby Jogger stroller accommodating a whopping 75 lbs.

Shall we compare that to the weight limits of the competition?

2. Bob All-Terrain Pro: 75 lbs
3. UPPAbaby Ridge: 55 lbs

So, even as a hybrid the Summit X3 can keep up allowing you to get out there and run, walk, or stroll wherever life takes you.
