During these very challenging and precarious times, we want to remind you that our dedicated Snuggle Bugz team is here to help you and your family as best we can.

From day one, babies and parents have always been our top priority and we are working harder than ever to find ways to support you and your family. With our safe, easy, and convenient reserve in store service on, we are happy to offer contactless Curbside Pickup at our Burlington, Etobicoke & Coquitlam locations only.

How It Works:

On a product page, if stock is available at your local store, select the pick up in-store’ feature and add to cart.
You can now add multiple items to your order if they're available at your local store.
Proceed to checkout and place your order. 
You will receive email confirmation and pickup details when your order is ready.
Upon arrival, call the store and let our staff know you’re there to pick up an order.
Please have your order number handy for reference.
Our staff will safely bring your items to the front door.

Please note, store hours at these locations have been adjusted:
  • Monday: CLOSED 
  • Tuesday: 10:00 – 5:00PM 
  • Wednesday: 10:00 – 5:00PM 
  • Thursday: 10:00 – 5:00PM 
  • Friday: 10:00 – 5:00PM 
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 5:00PM 
  • Sunday: CLOSED 

As things continue to change rapidly, our hope is that contactless Curbside Pick-up is eventually available for all Snuggle Bugz location. We want to ensure all Snuggle Bugz locations have the proper processes in place and our team members feel confident with the safety measures in places to protect all parties before reopening our doors.

Safety Precautions:

Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our team members and customers. As information about COVID-19 evolves daily, Snuggle Bugz continues to focus on actions to create a safe operating environment.

Working with recommendations from local government and health authorities, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures for Curbside Pickup
  • Rigorous sanitization and cleaning of units and surfaces including door handles, computer screens and debit terminals after every use
  • Use of gloves in the preparation of each order and after each pickup 
  • Enhanced physical distancing protocols inside and outside the store locations and wearing masks at all times

Common Questions:

  • Will we be able to shop inside? 
    • At this time, we will not be opening our doors to the public. We will share any updates about reopening our store locations via social media and/or email. 
  • Will I be able to dry fit car seats in my vehicle or test-drive strollers? 
    • Our Dry Fit program is temporarily on pause until further safety measures are in place and we will not allow customers to test-drive and compare strollers. If you have any questions about car seats and strollers, we can assist you over the phone or email. 
  • Will you be accepting returns? 
    • At this time, all returns will need to be processed via our Customer Service team. They will provide you with a return authorization number in order to send back your products with Canada Post.
