I have used these for about 1.5 years now. My son loves being in one, we use it all year long as it does keep them toasty and the cotton is much more comfortable than the fleece ones out there. We transitioned him from the swaddle into the sleep sac, not sure what we'll do when the XL is too small :(( Highly recommended. Wanted a lightweight sleep sac for the summer months. I also bought the Aden and Anais sleep sacs, but the shoulders were too big and my child ended up out of the sac (thank goodness she didn't end up in the sac). It's a thin layer of jersey, soft and appropriate for summer with the ac on. I really am pleased with the quality of this product and would recommend buying this over much more expensive ones!
