We have had this playmat since our little one has been two months. She has loved it since Day 1; and we have noticed a huge change in her motor skills. It can keep her busy on her belly or back for anywhere from half an hour to an hour, which is great! A plus side to the mat is that it is quite portable. We recently flew to see family; and packed it up in our suitcase, no problems at all! Our little one is now almost four months and loves it just as much as she did the day we got it! My 6 month old adores this play mat. I couldn't be happier with this. It's great for stopping fussiness sometimes because it distracts him and he'll stay there for quite a while. He's also fallen asleep on it. It folds up fairly small too so we can take it with us sometimes. It's also a really nice looking mat too - I found some of the other ones a bit ugly and if it's sitting in a room that you hang out in a lot, it helps to have one that looks nice too. My 4 month old baby loves this play mat and has since she was about 2 months old. The toys are fantastic and she will play for an hour on the mat every morning. The mat itself is machine washable, I have put it through the wash three times after a couple of diaper leaks and a huge spit up incident. I put it through a cold wash on the gentle cycle with no spin on my he machine with a gentle detergent and hung it to dry as per the washing instructions. Unfortunately some the stitching has come apart along the edge and around the mirror the fabric has faded. That's a big disappointment, especially considering how expensive it is. As I write this my LO is happily playing with her tree top friends playmat! It is a bit pricey but it is way less tacky than a lot of the playmats out there!!! Totally worth the money. (Posted on 6/9/12)Value Quality Price
