Canadian Shipping

† Snugglebugz.ca will ship any order within Canada (see below for some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $49 before taxes via Expedited Canadian Postal Service. Courier service is available through FedEx Canada for a shipping fee. Furniture orders are taken care of through either “White Glove” delivery or UPS and are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

*Please note for remote areas in Canada including the territories purchaser is responsible for the shipping fees. We apologize for any inconvenience.

**"White Glove" delivery service offered for our online furniture collections refers to "2 persons delivery inside the threshold, stairs carries (up to two flights prior to the threshold). If the quantity of the pieces is greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the first dry area or garage."

Please note that Snuggle Bugz reserves the right not to ship and/or cancel an order for any reason.

Shipping Surcharges
When checking out you will be notified of your shipping options as well as cost for freight if applicable. Freight costs will vary based on the destination within Canada.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines
These guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:
1. All packages for insurance purposes will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery.

2. Before signing for the package:
a. Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
b. Check for damaged packaging
3. When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign.   Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.  If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing.  If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.
4. Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items according to your packing slip.  If there are any damages or shortages they must be report immediately using our Return Policy.

Order Turn-around-Time
It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible.  We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-4 business days. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping.  Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason.  If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. We are committed to providing for you the best possible service, if you have any questions please contact us.

 

 US & International Shipping

 Snugglebugz.ca ships all US & International orders through Canadian Postal Service. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier.

*Please note some items are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These items include but are not limited to car seats, furniture and some strollers.
