I recently bought the Oball shaker for my 3 month old daughter. She definitely likes the toy as she can easily grasp it and can chew on it for her teething. However, I noticed after one chewing session that she had a lot of brown around her mouth. After inspecting the shaker, I noticed that the screws in the main part had completely rusted, which is what got all over her mouth. I won't let her play with it anymore, unfortunately. They should consider replacing the metal screws with plastic ones. I should note that I did not immerse the shaker in water, but simply ran it under hot water and wiped dry (as instructed on the packaging). (Posted on 1/25/13)Price Value Quality
