The shower/spa unit sucks. It is difficult to turn the spa on using the switch on top of the unit, I can't turn it on, my husband has to push really hard to get it to turn on. Once it's on, the "spa" is really not that impressive. Furthermore, to use the shower feature, the button on the side of the unit is even harder to push - you need two hands to push it in and hold it to keep the the shower on, useless.
