We use this on the City Select stoller to keep our toddler in, and it is FANTASTIC!! Without a shoulder buckle he can get his arms out. I'm buying another one for our little guy, because I don't feel the straps on the stroller are enough to hold a little one in safely. (Posted on 4/3/13)Value Quality Price
