My son is 4 months old and has been using the ergo since day 1. We love the quality and light weight of the material. Easy to zip your baby into a snug little bug. No fumbling with flaps, velcro, or folding blankets in the middle of the night. The product has grown with my baby and I can open up the arm holes for t hose nights where he prefers a little more freedom. Some nights he sleeps in just the ergo and his diaper, it makes for the perfect overnight outfit on hot summer nights. I got this today and put my 5 week old son in it but it is way too tight around his neck. I will be lucky if he can wear it for this week. The description says 0-3 months and up to 15 lbs but I know he is under 15 lbs. I am very disappointed i spent money on this since it is useless to me now. It would be great for a smaller baby. My son was born over 8 lbs...Quality Price Value

My daughter is 5 months old and we still put her to sleep in her cocoon. Hands inside mean she doesn't wake herself up by rubbing her eyes or scratching her face/ pulling her hair. During the summer it has been light enough that she wasn't too hot. Now (fall) I just put her to sleep with a warm sleeper under her cocoon, and she's cozy. I swear it's the reason she sleeps nearly 11 hours almost every night, without waking up. When I put her down without it, she's awake and crying withing 3 or 4 hours! We used swaddling with receiving blankets first but she wiggled out of it....she can't houdini herslef out of her cocoon! Before getting one of these my daughter (she is 6 weeks old) wasn't having an easy time getting to sleep or staying asleep once she did get to sleep. Started using these and now she falls asleep within minutes of putting her down in her crib and stays asleep for up to 6 hours at a time!
