We used to have the Graco nasal aspirator, until TWO broke on us. We searched for another brand and bought this one. It's much more powerful and it has a really good design where you don't need to suck water up in it just to clean it (as was needed with the Graco). Only downfall is the noise, it's really loud so if LO is scared of loud noises, you'd have to introduce slowly. (Posted on 3/25/13)Quality Price Value
