Free Shipping

† will ship, FOR FREE, any order within Canada (see below for some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $49 before taxes via Expedited Canadian Postal Service. Courier service is available through FedEx in Canada for a shipping fee. 

Shipping Surcharges
Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost. We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with Canada Post that you can take advantage of. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping surcharge. We apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines

These guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:

1. For insurance purposes many packages will require a signature.  You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

2. Before signing/receiving the package:
a. Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
b. Check for damaged packaging

3. When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.  If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing.  If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.

4. Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Return Policy.

Order Turn-around-Time

It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible.  We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-4 business days. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping.  Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason.  If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

Returning/Cancelling Your Order(s)

Snuggle Bugz offers 30 day RETURN POLICY on all returnable products.

Snuggle Bugz is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will gladly issue an exchange or refund on all products purchased at regular price. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (un-opened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact. For returns without receipts you will receive the lowest sale price in the last 6 months.

If you would like to make a return, please follow these steps

1) Take a photograph of the item(s) you would like to return to show it is in its original packaging and condition.
2) Send your photo, along with your order number and the reason for your return to
3) Our team will process your return and email you an RMA number along with instructions for returning your order.
4) Once your return is received and confirmed to be in original condition, we will process your refund.

Store Purchases

Regular priced merchandise purchased in store may be returned in store for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date or exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value when accompanied by the original receipt. Some exceptions apply – please see below for a listing of these items.

Online Purchases

Regular Price Purchases
Products purchased online at regular price may be returned online for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the date the item arrived at your door.

Sale Price Purchases
Products purchased online at a sale price may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the date the item arrived at your door. Returns on sale items do not qualify for free return shipping and the return must be done at the customer’s expense.

Please contact our customer service team toll free at 1-877-768-4284 to receive your return label.  For approved returns, we will send a return shipping label via email. You have 10 days from the time of delivery to ship the item back to us in its original condition.

Snuggle Bugz offers free return shipping to make shopping online even more convenient! A purchaser is allowed one (1) free return through Canada Post Expedited service for a purchase that qualified for free shipping ($49 and up, before taxes). Upon receiving your return, Snuggle Bugz will inspect the item to make sure it is in resalable condition before issuing a refund. If for any reason, the item is not returned in its original condition or is no longer resalable, restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. If your refund is approved it will be refunded within 5 business days.

*Please note that shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable.


Free Returns

A purchaser is allowed one (1) free return through Canada Post Expedited service for a regular priced purchase that qualified for free shipping.  

Additional returns are allowed, but the cost of shipping the item back to Snuggle Bugz will be at the purchaser’s expense. Snuggle Bugz is not responsible for items that may have become lost, stolen or damaged in shipment.

If your purchase does not qualify for free shipping, then your purchase does not qualify for free return shipping. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and will not receive a refund of the original shipping charge.    


Our customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality. For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

The following items are final sale:

  • Clearance items
  • Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)

Products must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:
1. Must be unused and in the original packaging. All original documents, components and accessories must be included.
2. Product must be in saleable condition with no indications of use.
3. Product must not be a final sale item.
4. Free returns – to qualify for a free return your purchase must have qualified for free shipping.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages and email them to sales(at) along with your order number.

Damaged Goods Return Guidelines
The return guidelines must be carefully followed in order to ensure there are no issues when returning your product.
1. Call us at 1-877-768-4284 and request to speak to a customer returns specialist.
2. The returns specialist will record your information and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This number is our tracking number for your return and must be referenced in all communications.
3. Follow the directions given by the return specialist to return your order.  It is extremely important that you mark your RMA number on the outside of your package.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving them.

Price Guarantee

When you purchase an item from Snuggle Bugz and it goes on sale within 14 days of the purchase date. Snuggle Bugz will issue a refund for the difference. Please contact our Customer Service team at sales(@) or call us toll free at 1-877-768-4284 and have your invoice number ready. 

Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours from the time of order.

Please send your cancellation request to sales(at), or call us toll free at 1-877-768-4284 with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.

 US Shipping & Returns ships all US orders through Canadian Postal Service. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $15. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.

 *Please note some items are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These items include but are not limited to car seats, furniture and some strollers.

Shipping Surcharges

When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs which will vary depending on location of final destination. Shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy, with your purchase, please call us at (905) 631-0033 to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Authorization Number (This number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel). We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. is not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery for all returns. US and International orders do not qualify for free returns.
