some may think I am a stroller addict... but really I'm a connoisseur :)Quality Price Value
I've purchased the Uppababy Vista... BOB CE... Peg Perego Book Plus.. and finally the City Select....
for all those parents that think this stroller is pricey they clearly have never seen/ compared the prices of high-end strollers... Vista, Bugaboo and Peg will give you a run for your money... and don't include half of the ability of the City Select!
for a base price of under $600 this is cheap... all the other strollers will run you $700+ and no great features.
my opinion the Vista is beautiful but cheap quality (my seat clip mechanisms broke/ carseat attachment broke/ front wheel broke)... and i treated this stroller like my second child!... customer service was excellent to replace parts... but it was way to needy! Basinet option excellent when used with stand.
Peg Book Plus... excellent stroller but my little one didn't look comfy in it... the seat area short for a taller kid... and the basket once loaded dragged on the ground?! I still love PEG car seats... hands down quality and best track record on the market!
BOB CE... excellent jogging stroller... but not good in Canadian winters as the wheel spokes are metal... and the begin to rust... so it's a "summer only" stroller.... urggg.... plus air filled tires suck in climate changes.... I always had to re-inflate them weekly... annoying.... the other models of the BOB have plastic spokes so better option for all season (to bad the seat doesn't face parent!)
I just received the City Select.... this is the stroller I should have ordered from day 1... my little one loves it... and I love it.... its roomy for the tall and chunky kid... more so then reviews make you think.... plus the canopy is adjustable.... it's slightly heavier then all the other strollers i've had but i feel quality comes with something that feels more sturdy. The basket is excellent (similar to the Vista)... the drive is nice... the fabric is thick and quality.... hand brake AMAZING.... with flip flops and boots foot breaks ruin pedicures and scuff expensive boots :) !!!
All in all

While pregnant with my second child, I spent a lot of time researching the perfect double stroller. I finally set my sight on the City Select and never looked back: it is a charm!Price Value Quality
I love being able to transform from single to double and back in a snap. The seats are easy to recline and my light-sleeper doesn't wake up when I pivot her seat. The accessories, while pricey, are well-built, sturdy and easy to use. I've been going from a single bassinet-style stroller to a double-seater, to a double with car-seat adapter to a single-seat stroller, and enjoying every trip. Each combination is easy to push and maneuver, even with the heaviest child in front.
The stroller is quite compact when folded, but it does take a few steps to get everything in the trunk (taking the seats off the frame, etc). It is also light enough that I can handle it on my own.
Overall, a great purchase. If I had planned better, I would have bought this stroller as a single to start with and added on with the second pregnancy.
Did I say how great it looks in amethyst? I get comments and questions regularly.

After much contemplation I decided I was going to need a double stroller with my children exactly 2 years apart. I LOVE this stroller. When I am out with only one I dont' have to use the double option and when I am out with both the seats move so they can play together, sleep, or look at what's going on. So many options and I have used almost all of the configurations.Value Quality Price
LOVE LOVE. It was a bit pricy but definitely worth it if you can afford all the extra options to make it into what you need.
Only fault... Baby Jogger NEEDS to make a cup holder for the City Select!! (Posted on 2/27/12) - Love this stroller! Review by CB

One of the reasons I chose this stroller, was that it could accomodate 2 kids (if needed) plus so many configurations to hold a carseat and the regular seat, or two regular seats, or 2 carseats.Price Value Quality
i love the big basket below, i can do a grocery shop and load lots of stuff in it and it holds really well. The handle bar is height adjustable with one push of a button, luv the brake handle as well.
The stroller is so easy to push and even do it one handed!
I get alot of compliments and inquiries each time i go out.
I absolutely love it.
the accessories are a bit pricey...
we man handle this stroller and it still is doing us well. it's easy to fold and put in to the trunk. i have a honda civic and takes up some space, but i still can put few bags of groceries in the trunk with it. and it can fit nicely in the backset as well.

I spent a lot of time choosing a stroller, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! It is very sturdy and well built, and is a very smooth ride. I love how easy it is to fold and store.Price Value Quality
We also purchased the bassinet and car seat adapter, and it is very easy to interchange them. The carry handles on the bassinet make it very easy to carry in a sleeping baby!
I am very excited about how this stroller transforms to suit your growing needs. I looked at several other brands, but none are as versatile as the City Select. In other brands, such as the Brirtax B-Ready, you have one child riding close to the ground, and out of your vision. I love the stadium seating, and the options you have for searing your children.
Overall, an incredible stroller. Well worth the money, and a stroller you will have for years!! (Posted on 12/6/11) - Best stroller out there!!! Review by TiffyB
