Have used on many stains for clothing of both young and old with great success. Even removed (rinsed out) bilirubin from sleeper two days after we left the hospital. I had high hopes for this product after reading the positive reviews. Sadly, it hasn't worked at all. I haven't needed to use it on fresh stains, but even following directions it does not get rid of stains that are already set (as some reviews indicate it does). This really works. I just took out a yellow poop stain on my white tank top and it didn't leave a stain. But it will only take it all out if you wash it right away. I have managed to get out all of my stains except one since I bought this product. The stain that didn't come out was a blueberry stain that had been washed and dried. It is barely noticeable now, but it isn't completely gone. My successes, however, are awesome (including old stains on clothes I decided to try salvaging). All natural, smells wonderful, lasts a good amount of washes for its size. Best if used immediately, but still works on older stains. Rinse and repeat with product until clean.
