Going places with the Kidco Go-Pod

Hasn’t this summer been amazing?! I know our family has been soaking up this gorgeous weather and enjoyed a few fabulous holidays!

It definitely has been a lot busier with two boys but there are a few things that have made life a bit more simple. In a previous post I declare my love for the peapod which you can read about here. Today I am even more in love with KidCo as we have been getting fantastic use out of the go-pod.

We all know that going to the beach with kids is a gong-show- its hot, your baby is slipping out of your sun-screened arms, beach toys are banging against your thighs, you are leaving a trail of kid items down the beach, your two-year old is distracted by a rock and is walking 50 yards behind you etc….you get the not-so pretty picture.

Even though your arms are full, the go-pod makes it a tad more simple. Here are a couple of reasons why I love this product:

- it folds smaller than a beach chair

check out my size when folded :)

- it keeps your little ones feet off the hot sand/grass/dirt

yay! for small feet off the hot sand

- it keeps your little one from being covered in sand

- there is 2 places to put a bottle/sippy

- straps to attach toys

- mister Myles loved it

Overall, I really found I put the go-pod to great use and there were times it was my “I couldn’t live without this product”.

The only negative is that it will only be used for a fairly short-period of time – next summer our little Myles will be walking running and won’t want anything to do with the go-pod.

What do you think?? :)

About Lydia

My name is Lydia and I am a momma (still can’t believe that)! My husband and I recently upgraded to be a family of four. We have two precious boys- Kellan (a chatty 2.5 year old) and Myles (a feisty 8 month old)- life sure is busy but we wouldn't change it for the world! I have been working in the baby industry for the past 5 years so when asked if I would be interested in doing some product blogging while on mat leave I couldn’t resist! I am hoping to help all the mommas (& dads) out there who want honest, reliable information in the crazy world of baby products- enjoy! check out my blog at http://itsmommyapproved.blogspot.ca/
