Product Information

They make using cloth diapers even easier!

Bio-soft liners are flushable diaper liners that make clean-up a breeze – this product is the perfect compromise between convenience and cloth diapers. No more rinsing poopy diapers in the toilet! Bio-soft liners absorb the solid waste - and then you simply discard the soiled liner in the toilet and flush away the mess. They are non-irritating and ever so soft and comfortable against baby's sensitive skin.

Our new Bio-soft liners are made of a non woven material with no binder, and will biodegrade very quickly (within 8 days in a sewage treatment system or 20 days in a septic tank). They are 100% viscose rayon, a cellulosic fibre derived from natural sources, and are made to our specifications in England.

100 sheets per roll. Each sheet is approximately 5" x 12".

Please note that the flushing of any biodegradable diaper liner may cause blockage in old or damaged drains and in sensitive septic systems. Please discard pee soaked liners in the garbage and to let the soiled liners soak a few minutes in the toilet before flushing just so that they absorb water and break down a bit before they are released into the system.

Great liners

We started using these in our flip diapers when my daughter transitioned to solid foods. They do a great job catching poop, and we've had no issues flushing them, even in an older house. They seem soft enough and hold up well when wet. Definitely worth the price.

Great liners

I use these with my Fuzzi Bunz diapers. The price is great here as compared to other retailers. Great product.

They are okay...

Like "Cloth Diaper Mom" mentioned in her review, you can often cut or fold these over and they are a good size... I would always fold these over to "double" their thickness whenever I used a diaper cream to be on the safe side. They aren't made to keep a lot of the regular creams off of diapers though, so be careful how much and which creams you use.
Good for holding formed poops but I didn't find they worked all that wonderfully for mooshy stool or explosions. I agree with "Milou" in that they easily bunch and more or less stick to baby's bum when saturated with urine.
Lastly, be careful of flushing these... I wouldn't use them with a septic to be on the safe side!

Good product

Useful to minimize poop clean up in cloth diapers if you don't have a diaper sprayer

Not as good as the AppleCheeks

I used to use these liners once my son started solid foods but when I started using AppleCheeks liners, which are wider than these, I found it offered way more coverage than the Bummis. If the liner becomes squished into the centre of the insert, it doesn't catch enough of the poo to be useful. The AppleCheeks have worked better for us to catch more of the blowouts.

Worked great for us

Once my son started solids we used these. They worked well to filter out the solids and you could just flush the whole thing. We ended up getting a diaper sprayer later on for functionality at home, but continued to use these for daycare and they had no issues with these. They are thin so they can bunch up a bit, but they are really soft.

Good but not necessary for me

These make clean up a bit easier, but I don't find them completely necessary for the exclusively breastfed baby since the poop is water soluble anyways. If my baby had BMs at predictable times I would probably use them more, but at 2 months old, she's still pretty random, so I would be wasting these more than using them. Easy to use, fit younger babies well, contain the mess somewhat, but still expect to get runny poop on diapers!

Works well

One of the cheaper option for 100 sheets and it works well. Not as stiff as other brands..

Great product!

A great tool for the cloth diapering process! Makes clean up easier and my little one does not seem to have any issues with it at all.

Useful for outings

These liners are not very useful for breastfed newborns because the poop is very runny and sometimes ejected so forcefully that it just slides off the liner and onto the diaper cover gusset. But as the poops become a bit thicker (one month onwards), they are useful and keep the diaper from getting too stained. The liners are especially useful when you are out and about and can just flush the liner and put the rest of the diaper/cover in the wet bag. The tip to cut them in half is a good one - they are definitely too long.

Best liners

We live in an older neighborhood so we don't flush these. They go into a disposable diaper pail. As soon as our baby started in solids we've been using these with every diaper change. A small cost for keeping out cloth diapers looking brand new and unstained.

Makes clean up so easy!

We cloth diaper and once our son started solid food these lines made diaper change clean ups so much easier! Can't imagine life without them!

Not exactly what I thought

Probably not a bad product for the right purpose, but these liners kind of seem like a waste of money. They wouldn't hold or absorb anything? I recommend the Grovia Liners if you want a biodegradable disposable option.

Be careful

Careful flushing down the toilet. These are not biodegradable as advertised & can cause a sewage blockage. They are a good idea, but make sure not to flush.

These work OK.

I really wanted to like these as I much prefer to throw out a liner cover in poo rather than having to spray a cloth diaper to rinse it off. However, the few times I have used these on my son, they just seemed to make him uncomfortable. In fact, every time I removed his diaper, the liner would be all bunched up and stuck to him. It wasn't difficult to remove but it felt like I had to peel it off of him. I can't imagine that is too comfortable to walk around in. My son is just a little over two and he's been letting me know that he much prefers to wears his cloth diapers without the liner.

I'm expecting baby #2 in the coming weeks and I'll give them a try again. Maybe this size is just too small for my 2 year old.

So Easy

These are amazing! They make cloth diapering once your little one has started solids SO much easier. They are also the reason I was able to get my husband on board with cloth diapering. The fact that you just turn the diaper upside down over the toilet and flush the mess away makes things cleaner and easier!

My favourite liners!!

These are my favourite liners! I tried 2 other brands and this one beats them both! These liners are both super soft and they do not break down before the next diaper change (another brand I tried started to decompose when my daughter peed and she would have white lint all over her... not fun) and the other liners were rough. These Biosoft liners are silky feeling- So nice! And they do not break down. I use them in my gdiapers. They are pretty much the same size as the medium gcloth liners (which is great!) but it would be nice if they were a tiny bit wider so I could tuck them in a bit more around the side edges. But that is not an issue at all :)

Useful - but could be better priced

I find these really useful to keep bulky stuff from staining the cloth diapers. You can just scoop them up and toss them in the toilet. The only thing I find though is that they're too long - and I often just cut them in half to make them last longer. When they're half the size they still work very just fine.
