Bottle pocket zipper broke after a few weeks of occasional use. The customer service of SkipHop was very slow and ignored my questions. Still waiting for a replacement bag to arrive (three weeks after I contacted them and today I was told to allow up to 18 business days, for american customers they issue website credit, but for canadians they send the same bag again apparently - very disappointing). The bag is bulky and not very spacious. It's not stable if the lower part is not packed firmly. Some of the zipper pockets are so small that you can't fit your hand into it. Has plenty of storage and compartments and keeps everything very organized. LOVE the stroller clips as well.

I recieved this bag as a secondary larger diaper bag. We wanted a gender neutral (olive colour) so the husband didn't feel silly carrying it. A great gift!Price Value Quality

Purchased this bag because I needed something bigger when our second child arrived. Fits everything my toddler needs (change of clothes and snacks) and has plenty of room for all the gear I need for my newborn (nursing cover, diapers, wipes, clothes etc.) Also has extra pockets to fit my keys wallet and a few extras. The snack compartment is great, it fits the bento boxes that come with it and most other round snack containers for children. I read a few reviews of the bag being tippy when the snack compartment wasn't completely full, really not a big deal!! I love this bag!! (Posted on 7/11/11)Quality Price Value
