We are using cloth diapers and this cream was highly recommended, now I know why. We had a small irritation on my son's bottom and this cleared it right up the same day. My daughter reacts to most diaper rash creams making the rash worse this product clears it up fast and I love that it is all natural. we have tried a few different rash treatments and this is by far the best. i now use it for overnight or whenever there is a flare due to teething or new foods etc. it smells great and spreads easily. i love the fact that it is safe to use with our cloth diapers too, i didn't like having to switch to disposables before in order to use a cream that worked.
