we have tried a few different rash treatments and this is by far the best. i now use it for overnight or whenever there is a flare due to teething or new foods etc. it smells great and spreads easily. i love the fact that it is safe to use with our cloth diapers too, i didn't like having to switch to disposables before in order to use a cream that worked.
