This seat was so easy to install and our daughter loves it. I wasn't keen on the look if the rebound bar at first...but it contributes to its safety and you actually don't even notice it once it's installed. We bought the black seat, not in leather and it looks great. It's a bit smelly for the first day or two, so you might want to crack the windows. All in all we couldn't be happier with another quality Peg purchase. (Posted on 5/22/13)Value Quality Price - Love it! Review by Tess

We just bought it, but so far we love it. Our little guy looks super comfy in it, and all the straps are easy to adjust... very easy to install! (Posted on 4/29/13)Price Value Quality - You get what you pay for! Review by Mom of 2!

The Peg convertible car seat is great. The quality is what you expect from Peg Perego, but most importantly my daughter's head NEVER flops to the front when she fall asleep. It's currently rear facing in our car and it takes no space compared to our Britax. The seat is more compact and light again compared to the Britax. The straps are easy to tighten once the child is seated. It's a bit on the pricy side but you get what you pay for! (Posted on 3/18/13)Quality Price Value - LOVE IT! Review by kbniemi

I was in debate about purchasing a car seat for a long time, it was between this fabulous car seat and a Britax Boulevard. I have the Britax Chaperone Infant seat and love it and thought I would always stick with Britax until the Peg came on the market. I am happy with the choice I made! My daughter is happy in this seat also, which is a big deal. It is ultra safe, easy to install, fits my small SUV, has lot's of leg room for her rear facing, is stylish and more. No need to look any further, this is such a great car seat! (Posted on 2/1/13)Price Value Quality - excellent top quality Review by Whatagina

AS I WROTE ON FACEBOOK:Price Value Quality
I have both the Peg convertible and the Britax G3 Advocate.... I personally love the peg more I find it way easier to put my big guy in and out of since he's rear facing.... Also the straps seem a lot easier to tighten (I'm not weak it's just a fact as the Advocate is the 'click' strap series)
Installation
The installation is a breeze (I called Peg to make sure the teether didn't need to be used rear facing!).... The rebound bar is not huge nor does it get in the way of anything
The Advocate needs to be teethered rear facing (also suggested by some car manufactures)... I have it installed in an Acura MDX (big SUV) and it was hard to loop the teether under the front seat ....
Size
They are about the same.... Except the advocate is wider with the extra side protection on the outside of the seat (Peg also has them but they are on the inside of the seat)
I have the Peg installed in an Acura RDX (similar size as a Honda CRV/ Nissan Rogue) the Peg does not hit the back of my front seat but in my hubby's truck the Advocate hits the back of his seat
The look
Hands down the Peg is beautiful looking (leather or not)Britax fabrics look like grandma's sofa (yes i know this doesn't matter but its just my opinion!)
Also the strap system with the Britax 'hugs' is at times hard to use with a smaller child (my guys 9mths old but 31inc ... We had to change from infant carrier to convertible seat).... My hubby noticed the strapping system in the Britax is not loose enough and the hugs are difficult to adjust
Peg does not have those issues... At times i pull the straps from behind the seat to get a snugger fit
I could go on and on.... because this is a top seat and I wish I would not have bought the Britax :(

I just bought this seat after trying a few different brands out and there and I have to say it is the only seat when it is rear facing my child's head isn't leaning forward when he falls asleep in the vehicle. I know it is a little expensive but if you bought there infant car seat it is only $50 more and you can use it much longer and it is the only seat on the market that goes up to 45 lbs rear facing.
